Intellectual Property Agreement

Colourways is a membership based organisation which values the contributions made by its members and invited guests at its forums. Colourways encourages the exchange of ideas and information in a non-competitive environment and restricts the access of all reports, forecast information and fandecks to its members. Information generated by Colourways and its members, including the Forecast Fandecks, reports, and the contents of its events program may not be recorded, reproduced, circulated or transmitted by any means, either in part or in entirety, without the permission of Colourways. By joining Colourways, members agree to support and protect Colourways intellectual property for the benefit of all members.
